If a customer has a UPS account, please select “UPS COLLECT” as the shipping method when checking out online. We then request that you put your account information and preferred shipping method in the “Comments” field.
For customers with FedEx or DHL accounts, please be advised that a $15 pickup fee is assessed – as we do not typically ship through these carriers.
